Paul Feikema is the Senior Change Consultant at Pioneer Management Consulting. He is a pro sci certified change management professional. He is also part of the team that was in the book “Big Change at Best Buy Working Through Hyper Growth to Sustain Excellence.” He sits down with host Eugene Signorini to talk about frontline employees and how Best Buy rose to the giant it is today.
